As an HR Manager, I was directly involved in the recruitment of sales and marketing candidates. From job posting on multiple sites like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc. to induction, I handled it all. Besides that, I led a team of 3 and oversaw other HR activities such as employee engagement (in terms of one-on-one monthly conversations, employee survey, etc.), administrative activities such as data-inputting for field trip expenses, filing all the bills and other documents, etc. I was also involved in managing multiple events my company conducts. Here are a few numbers that can attest to the above:Made approximately 70-90 calls/day to setup interview appointments; around 60% turned up for the interview. My highest record so far has been 100%. The employee retention rate is around 40%. P.S.: All the employees that I recruit are sales executives working on commission basis only. They don’t have a fixed salary.
