An improved description of C1 to C12 solubility in solvents for AGRU (Acid Gas Removal Unit) models.* Compiled a solubility database, leveraging literature and thermophysical experiments performed at Shell.* Innovated a predictive model for hydrocarbon solubility, and validated it against the existing Shell model and different models present in the literature.* Successfully proved the better performance of the new model developed, which will be incorporated in future designs of LNG facilities at Shell.
