• Manage and Support build out of new business solutions & evolution of existing functionalities ensuring they tie into the approved business & technology roadmaps.• Manage and be proactive in reporting, resolving and escalating issues where required.• Manage a diverse team of technology professionals including delivery leads and delivery managers responsible for delivery of the programs.• Coach and develop a team highly effective team. Manage personnel utilization and contribute towards department capitalization targets.• Provide operational support for issues impacting application/data availability, stability & performance. Be instrumental in managing and communicating customer impact.• Participate in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication, and change management.• Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with the creation of project deliverables, as needed.• Coordinate with Solution Architects and Development Teams and assist in converting business requirements into technical designs and solutions.• Applying knowledge and expertise of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in requirement gathering, analysis, development, quality analysis and production release activities. As necessary, write and review QA and UAT test scripts.• Manage UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance sign-off.• Prepare user documentation and training documentation as necessary.• Proven ability to work in a highly matrixed, cross-functional, and fast-paced environment, balancing a variety of stakeholder objectives and perspectives.
