I am a Bachelor of Business Administration student at Kingston Educational Institute, with a field of study in Business Administration, Management and Operations. I have a passion for strategic thinking and effective leadership, and I am eager to apply my skills in real-world scenarios.I recently completed a remote internship in HR and Marketing Strategies at AIM India, where I learned level one screening of eligible job candidates, shortlisting CVs, conducting first interview rounds and following up eligible candidates to the managers for further process. I also gained experience in fostering teamwork and communication, contributing positively to the organization's success.
