• Conduct ISO 9001/27001 Audits • Provide Defect Free Delivery Of Projects.• Establish and define processes in the project quality plan.• Work with the project team, to ensure schedule adhered to a defined process.• Oversees compliance with the formal scope signoff process.• Facilitate internal and external governance schedules, risk identification and mitigation plans, issue management, change management, and peer review compliance.• Handle C-Sat RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for adverse customer comments.• Monthly Project Quality Meetings address open issue items, including PHQI (Project Health and Quality Index) points, C-Sat RCA, peer review open points, open issues, and risk management.• Tracking customer complaints from meetings or emails.• Collaborated with the Project Team to navigate TBEM Assessments during Annual Audits
