As a Senior Research Scholar at IIT Kharagpur, I am dedicated to the research of demand and supply-side models for rental housing, along with formulating innovative policy model for affordable and sustainable living environments. My research efforts are driven by a deep commitment to balance life and livelihood, ensuring that community planning is both sustainable and inclusive.Beyond my primary focus on housing policy, I actively contribute to slum development and improvement research. My work is centred on creating strategies that significantly enhance housing conditions, upgrade physical infrastructure, and tackle socio-economic challenges within these communities.
