Managed the global branding and the integration of Human resources after global acquisition of Pauwels Group of Belgium by Crompton Greaves. Many successful initiatives had been carried out in Corporate and Product campaign, media planning, In-house Newsletter, Customer satisfaction Survey, Marketing Audit, Press & Analyst conference, External & Internal communication and Event management. In IT area implemented solutions such as SAP, Tivoli, Open View, Cognos BIW, VERITAS real-time Disaster back-up solutions. Implementation of PLM solution considerably reduced the Transformer design time.

During 2001-2002 worked with Tata Consultancy Services reporting to CEO. Managed one of the largest global Oracle ERP implementation covering 80+ locations, 40,000 users in Finance, HR, CRM and Project modules. Also implemented the Information System Security policy at TCS. Initiated the ASP line of Business model.

Joined UTI in 1993 and till 1997 held various positions viz. General Manager, Vice President and Actg. CEO. As a CEO started the business operation of UTI Investor Services Ltd., an IT services company and achieved a turnover of Rs 8 cr in 2 years. As CIO at UTI, implemented many innovative solutions in Funds Management, Investor Services, Accounts areas and also implemented SAP for the first time in financial services sector. Played an important role in transforming Unit Trust of India through the implementation of cutting-edge business solutions. Introduced the IT systems at Axis Bank.
