• Ideated & designed a patient treatment journey pilot for Everwell’s entry into the private digital healthcare space in India ($116B market size) to streamline treatment management. • Ideated, designed and led a team of 10 engineers through development and release of "Family Wellness at Everwell" aka "Famwell". The idea conceptualised family as a driving force for a person to adhere to a treatment plan and promote healthy behaviour. The final pitch included a market study, competitor analysis and value proposition for four stakeholders (Doctors, Insurers, Everwell and end users or patients).• Built the patient app for “Aaro Health”, Everwell’s entry into the private digital healthcare space, from 0 to 1.

• Product Lead for the Everwell Hub platform currently deployed in 17 countries, supporting 4 diseases and supporting approximately ~20M+ patients worldwide.• Worked hand in glove with Hon. Prime Minister Modi to bring AI initiatives to healthcare in the form of dose verification and treatment drop off risk modelling to Ni-kshay, Govt. of India & MoHFW’s TB management portal.• Built “TB Aarogya Sathi” from ideation to Launch - the patient-facing application for Govt. of India’s TB eradication program to 4.5+ rating, 320k+ downloads and 80k+ monthly active users in 2 years• Led pilots for improving HIV/AIDS outcomes in India in collaboration with BCG, Johns Hopkins University & NACO.• Led marketing operations and outreach strategy in collaboration with USAID and Bill & Melinda Gates’ Foundation.• Leveraged WhatsApp to increase patient engagement in public health programs. 1 of 20 teams to be selected out of 900+ applicants for Turn.io’s chat for impact accelerator program.• Ideated and developed Tasklist & Support Actions modules for Nikshay and Everwell Hub used by ~150k on-field staff daily to follow up with patients at the risk of dropping off.
