I collect and synthesize data into concise reports for senior management, provide guidance on maximizing revenue through effective pricing tool management, and monitor competitors' pricing and key performance indicators to devise competitive responses and action plans based on trends.

Traditional hotel and catering programmes are general and academically oriented. In STEP I have been trained to work in hotels and resorts. Everything i have learned are directly relevant to my career in the luxury hospitality industry.Traditional hotel and catering programmes are primarily class-room based with exposure to a hotel for a limited period of time. In the STEP programme i have based in a hotel of The Oberoi Group demonstrating practical training 5 days a week for 3 years while the academic component is through distance When I have join STEP I am like a member of the hotel team.The Oberoi Group want you to develop a strong sense of belonging and forge bonds with everyone with whom you interact.
