Head (Operations) - Kolkata
Current• Responsible for operational planning at Kolkata Branch.• Support managing customer escalations and coordinate resolution efforts with key stakeholders (internal and external) by working cross-functionally to ensure issue ownership, action items and communications are fulfilled.• Responsible for the process and change requests are executed within the SLA and critical client SLAs/KPIs are met.• Facilitate and report on daily and/or weekly stand-ups to ensure appropriate visibility of key customer issues including escalation status reporting, statistics, status activities and resources.• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services to meet customer demand.• Review and revise budgets to maximize efficiency and reduce cost.• Support in market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends.• Strategic decision support to the other departments in the organization.• Responsible for Kolkata office administration and day-to-day activities.• Overseeing operation and Product R&D for group companies (Milltex Eco Fibres P Ltd.) at Kolkata when needed.
