I am a strategic solutions leader, with extensive experience in the talent and learning industry (launching new businesses, scaling existing businesses, product design, development, delivery, people, infrastructure and ecosystem setup, partnerships). I specialize in building critical capabilities and human capital for organizations which enable them to hit their business goals.The majority of my experience has been building analytics and tech capabilities and talent pools. My core belief is that unless we are able to tap the huge pool of tier 2 and 3 talent and evolve them, we will never be able to address the continuously widening talent gap, especially in the tech/ analytics industry and tech/ data roles. As the Chief Product Officer at Futurense Technologies and Miles Education, I have developed models from scratch for building maximum competency in minimum time, based on the job role requirements of various organizations. I also strongly believe that building competencies for any job role is 30% building tech expertise and 70% shaping a mindset that can understand business needs and build or find solutions to unknown problems. Having worked in several large organizations as well as startups in edtech space, I also have wide experience in various architecting learning solutions/ models (all aspects of platforms, content delivery, certifications, solutions models). Based on these experiences I come with the belief that any edtech or learning solution that is dissociated from delivering the most important outcomes expected by customers/ users is difficult to scale. Hence alongside customer acquisition - customer retention and engagement with a focus on customer success through quality is key.Having worked on several new business models, new business verticals, and new products over the years, I am also adept at leading new revenue growth areas, from strategy design to execution. I am particularly passionate about building an infrastructure/ org structure for scaling up from 10x to 100x, and believe in continuous governance, a data-intensive decision-making model and continuous improvement with KPIs and metrics that matter.
