I am a law graduate who pursued a dual degree in science and law. At T.P.L. Global, I am one of two Team Leads handling Removal Matters for the Firm where I assists Attorney Tejas Patel with preparing clients in immigration court. My detail-oriented and client-focused approach helps contribute to the execution of effective strategies for the clients’ benefit.I have gained valuable experience in criminal litigation and trial advocacy through multiple internships. Most recently, I interned at BHUMIKA TRUST, a non-profit organization that provides legal aid and support to women and children who are victims of domestic violence, sexual abuse, and human trafficking. There, I assisted the senior lawyers in drafting petitions, conducting legal research, and preparing case files. I also participated in client counseling, court visits, and awareness campaigns. Previously, I interned at P LEGAL, a leading law firm that specializes in criminal defense litigation, where I learned the skills and strategies of handling complex and high-profile cases. I also interned at Advocate Kinkar Das, a renowned criminal lawyer, where I observed the court proceedings and assisted in preparing arguments and cross-examinations. I have developed strong competencies in legal research, criminal litigation, and criminal defense litigation, as well as a passion for justice and human rights. I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills to further my career in the legal field and contribute to society.
