I have an increasingly diverse position in that I strategically manage accounts through training, interpretation of reports, and assisting companies to utilize this data to increase their bottom line through proper hiring, placement, strategic planning and development as well as Project Management. I also do executive and individual coaching, through the IDP process and the PIP process in organizations utilizing a 360 review process combined with Leadership Reports, personality reports and other data along with soft assessment data and Emotional Intelligence to provide the most thorough, measurable development plans to achieve the greatest impact of growth for them individually and in their organization and personal life. When I manage projects, I have the privilege of pulling together a team of individuals across the organization and from all departments.

The mission and vision of CCC from the very begining was to consistently provide the most professional, powerfully impacting and holistic counseling in the Kalamazoo area.My career had reached the point in which I was consistently receiving more referrals than I could take on as clients. I chose to take the opportunity to pour into other therapists and grow a practice, training others (including interns) to practice in the most effective manner possible.The practice grew, and as an owner and leader, I was able to train and grow 17 professional counselors during my tenure there.I was also a business owner, and carried out the duties of running an effective business. When I relocated to Texas in 2012, I was excited for my relocation but it was difficult to leave the private practice into which I had poured my blood, sweat and tears. I was the first (and only to my knowlege) intern of Desert Streams in the history of their existence. I had acquired a steady flow of referrals by the time my internship completed, and I was offered a position at the group practice.I saw a variety of demographics, and I enjoyed learning from each and every client that I had the privilege of counseling.I especially enjoyed the group practice interaction and the consistent encouragement and support from my peers and supervisors, this was a huge growth time in my life that I fondly recall and am so grateful for as I developed into an effective therapist.
