Rs 3.87 Billion RAPDRP (IT backbone) Program for Karnataka's power distribution utilities:- As Resident Client Engagement and Program Manager, responsible for successful implementation the R-APDRP (Restructured Accelerated Power Development and Reform Program) projects across five electricity distribution utilities in the state. The project is part of a Ministry of Power, Govt. of India -funded program to use Information Technology to prevent electricity losses in the country and will cover 100 towns in the state. - Sole point of contact for liaison with the Karnataka State secretariat, MD & senior officials of Bangalore electricity supply co., the nodal agency to ensure successful completion of the project in time and on budget.- Current role involves deep understanding of the business process landscape of RAPDRP as well as technology involving Customer Care & Billing, Meter Data Management, GIS based consumer indexing, Meter Data Acquisition, Network Analysis and Energy Audit.

Key Account Management responsibilities: - Independently grew and managed, with end-to-end ownership, a portfolio worth 800K USD to 5 Million USD in a span of 3 financial quarters and at a target Margin mandated by the Corporate in Integrated Supply & Trading (IST) division of world's third-largest integrated oil and gas major- Responsible for ensuring solution delivery having the right service mix, pricing and margins to optimize quality of service, client satisfaction and profitable growth- Managed and monitored relationships with existing client/prospect stakeholders at different hierarchy- Management owner of operational activities: Demand & Order management, Receivables and Revenue at Risk1.5 Billion USD Vendor Consolidation deal : ------------------------------------------------------------------In one of the largest vendor consolidation exercises of FY09, the client has chosen 5 out of 40 IT vendors to lower costs to the extent of 500 million USD over 5 years and simplify its supplier relationship management. Have been associated with the year-long exercise till closure- Owner of the bid's unique value proposition on strategic TCO reduction based on a unique pain-gain sharing mechanism that ensures optimal value delivery. Earlier roles include - New Business Incubation in Corporate Strategy & Planning:- Conducted extensive research to understand the market landscape, competitors and opportunities in this space- Developed multiple scenario based Revenue models and Margin projections for next 3 years of operation and presented to COO, Mr. S.D. Shibulal resulting in corporate approval & budgetary allotment of $1 millionMerger & Acquisition: Formulating the strategy at a business unit level and working with the corporate team for potential targets (target evaluation)
