Coordination, Monitoring, &Advocacy About Artficial insemination activities:*Planning, Organize and distribution of Cattle Semen.* Coordination with Private semen distributing agencies. *information collection, compilation, preparation of reports and send to Head office.

Coordination, Training, Monitoring, Advocacy & Reporting:*Coordination with the upazila and district level personnel,*Information collection, compilation, preparation of reports and send to the concerned authority,*Monitoring the training program and different activities of the implemented projects,*Organize and participate in the monthly meeting, seminar and planning review workshop etc.

Conduct activities in veterinary hospital:*Treatment of sick birds and animals of the working area. *Organize training programs for the farmers and entrepreneurs.
