• Vendor creation, on-boarding & Contract Management, Vendor management for procurement of ( Project related requirement, CAPEX, OPEX, IT purchase, Service & Admin related purchase)• Variation analysis, Comparative statement and preparation allied report to apprise the management for best decision making in relation to procurement.• Generation of Purchase Requisition & Purchase Order in ERP.• Responsible for the verification of invoices, GRN & purchase bill entry. • Closely follow up with accounts team for releasing of vendor payments.• Monitoring vendor performance and vendor rating within the organization framework.• Production and supply planning aligning with the logistics division.• Preparation of all types of MIS reports for Top management relating to procurement, Logistics and inventory.• Overall management of the warehouse including space planning and volume optimization as per 5’s methodology.• Overall supervision and monitoring of supply at regional level.• Responsible for domestic’s vehicle placement.• Preparation and supervision of Domestic & International documentation relating to import and Export. • Understands the whole gamut of E-Way bills, Insurance and other statutory requirements within the frame work of domestics and international documentary credit.
