Launched the most advanced (Gen 4.3) IXD (Inbound Cross Dock) warehouse – 1mn Sq.ft Area, Robotics Conveyance, with 2M units/day capacity.• Responsible for planning shift of 750+ Associate headcount, staffing them in 16 departments and executing shift to >98% to planned hours.• Used Amazon’s Labor planning tech (ALPS) to track and manage Scheduled hours, pulls other capacity planning levers such as Overtime, Voluntary Time-off, part-time associates to deliver on the daily capacity targets. • Conducted Teach Series in Shift planning to successfully aid the knowledge ramp-up of external Managers (47% of the total Managers) • Achieved the best ever launch- fastest ramp-up to 800K cartons and 5M Sorted Volume. Holds the shift-record for the highest Cartons.• Collaborated with RME and guided them through daily syncs to tackle the highly recurring conveyance jams. Achieved Jam DPMO target within 8 weeks of launch (from 13k to 1.1k), a record among all the 13 launches of GEN4 IXDs across North America.• Process improvement of conveyances- By accurately planning RME staffing, Achieved the best-in Class Ops defect % at 27% for any launch. Overall Equipment Effectiveness - availability reached 97% within 15 weeks of Launch- A record for the 3 miles of conveyance. • Leads 700+ AAs on every shift, 12 L5 Managers, 8 L4 Managers and 22 L3 Managers every shift- Promoted 11 L3s and 2 L5 Managers • Executed 4 Leadership visits including 2 VPs, Regional Directors and Design teams. Selected as the SPOC for 4 IXD launches in NA in 2024

Managed the daily operations of the largest warehouse of US west coast. Responsible to shift planning, execution to meet Ops KPIs along the 6 Basic tenets of Amazon Warehouse Management. Safety, People, Quality, Environment, Nail the Plan and Cost.

Delivered 3 major goals.- Outbound Ops of the largest fulfilment center of Amazon India- Launched a 200k square-fit AFT (Amazon fulfilment Technology) enabled FC (with a big box capacity of 2mn SKUs and 180k daily OB capacity)- Program Managed the Vaccination of 150K Amazonians for Amazon India Ops.

Built a hydro power plant in Odisha to provide clean and sustainable energy to India's power sector coupled with an auxiliary motivation of developing the KBK region (one of the most backward regions of India)

1:Complete planning of the Installation of the Machines and other equipments in the Pilot plant.These Machines include the complete noodle line, the extrusion line. Planning also included the installation of the utility piping of these machines.2: Installation of SS 304 platforms specially designed for the noodle and extrusion processes.3: Working with the mechanical contractor with all the piping, installation and commissioning jobs.4;Ordered various other general purpose equipments to support the process line in the Pilot plant.5:Developed new vendors integrating with the purchase team.6:Followed all the hygienic consideration complying with the food processing industry while executing the pilot plant.
