Headed the Northern Region as Regional Executive Director of NTPC having a total Installed Capacity of 19299 MW. Have been integral part of Non Renewable Source of Power generation like Coal Plants of Generating Capacity of 16210 MW and Gas plant of 1925 MW.Have been instrumental in expanding Renewable Source of Power generation like Solar Plant of 1156 MW and Small Hydro Plant of 8 MW.Managed the Northern Region of NTPC with safe, reliable, efficient, sustainable and profitable operations with inclusive growth for all the stakeholders; complying with all Statutory Norms even during COVID Pandemic Period; ensuring no loss of generation across all station during this critical time.

Headed Power Stations located at Singrauli (2000 MW) and Vindhyachal(4783 MW)Turned the Oldest Flagship Station of NTPC, Singrauli from high forced outrage station to reliable station within 14 months of taking charge as BUH and recorded 100.32% PLF. The same was appreciated by all including Power Minister. Managed Vindhyachal Station which is the largest generating station of India

Stabilized Sipat which was the first Super Critical Station of India. Set a benchmark of excellence for super critical Category by achieving the highest PLF of 91.09% in FY 2016-17. Conceived and lead team for setting up of 660 MW Simulator for skill development.Resolved issues and strategically planned coal logistic which resulted in ECR reduction.
