Project: Evaluation of the Contractor Loyalty Program- Conducted market research to evaluate the effectiveness of rewards program, activities etc. under the Fevicol Champions Club, by carrying out depth interviews of a sample size of 100 contractors belonging to different classifications based on purchase behaviour, through a questionnaire designed to capture information regarding the collection of reward points under the FCCR program, redemption of gifts, participation in Fevicol Champions Club activities, the views and opinions of contractors regarding their relationship with the FV division etc.- Analyzed the research data to generate insights into improving the relationship, recognition and rewards of contractors and gave recommendations to reduce variability in the time taken for the redemption of reward points, improve the consistency in the time taken for the processing of membership, and to increase motivation among contractors by introducing greater rewards for the purchase of bigger SKUs and by conducting central meets of FCC contractors at a National Level
