I was the founder President of the Garment Manufacturers Association, Founder Director at Orange City Garment Cluster Pvt. Ltd., and the CEO of Orange Tree Garments. I am also the founder of the New Leaf Skill Development Institute, an authorized training institute for Wilcom and other software training. I am still active in these privileged positions.With Cre8iveSkill, I turned my vision into reality. My primary objective has always been to accelerate technological advances. Cre8iveSkill is the avant-garde vision where all the ready-made garment-related services are joined under the same roof.The passion for digital embroidery began in 1998 with just 2 Toyota single heads and a Compucon Embroidery Software to digitize designs. My hard work came to fruition when Cre8iveSkill gained embroidery contracts from Barbie Doll and other local T-shirt manufacturers. This was the turning point for Cre8iveSkill and hence began the journey of all kinds of embroideries from Indian Ethnic garments to caps, handkerchiefs, custom embroidered patches, etc.My dream became bigger and bigger as time passed, and from one machine, I progressed to 20 machines employing many people. Cre8iveSkill has got 172 heads of the most intricate and sophisticated SWF Korean brand and other multi-head machines with the attachments like CHENILLE, CORDING & SEQUIN. Eventually, I got engaged in garment manufacturing and production facilities.Cre8iveSkill is roaring with success with its excellent customized embroidery digitization, Vector Art Services, custom embroidery patches, and contract garment manufacturing services. I was the Primary & visionary force in nurturing Nagpur Garment Cluster. Getting a Cluster status & setting up of a Common Facility Center approval from Ministry of MSME, N-Delhi were few of the achievements. Many developmental activities were carried out in the garment cluster under the association banner for betterment of the association members. Workshops & Seminars like Technology up gradation, export documentation & packaging, Intellectual property rights, skill training for machine operators, International Machinery Fair visit etc were taken up. Eventually a state of art Common Facility Center is in operation now and Nagpur has become a major sourcing hub for Men/Women Ethnic Wear, Coat/Blazer & Industrial Uniforms.
