With over a decade of dedicated experience in the disability sector, she is committed to enhance the quality of life for persons with disabilities (PwDs).Currently, as part of the core livelihood team at EnAble India, she manages job role mapping, candidate sourcing for various company openings. Her job also involves mentoring and guiding individuals with disability across India to explore their full potential and steering them to take ownership of their careers. Founded a not-for-profit organization in Kolkata, 'Discover A New Dawn' (D.A.N.D), which focuses on finding out livelihood options for PwDs and disability awareness. She was responsible for planning, arranging and conducting various capacity building workshops.Earlier worked in the field of Digital Marketing as a Link Builder, Account Executive, managing the backend operations of client's account and Social Media Marketing freelancer. Her stint as an Administrative Assistant majorly included quality checking and auditing of teams’ performances.Apparently her work involves people and the complexity of human mind intrigues her greatly. As a critical need she inculcated knowledge in Counselling, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy. Has utmost interest and inclination towards Indian Psychology.
