Team Size- 42Restaurants Reporting – GM Tim Horton’s & Manager Operations Standards, Brand Principles• Leading a team of 5 different skilled trainers including one training coordinator for the execution process and training on floor • Role and responsibilities are to take care of brand standards audits across all the restaurants in middle east (FSSR, OSR, AF and GUEST audits, NPL) • Identifying root cause of each standard deviations and reporting to concerns • Identifying Training Need Analysis across all the restaurants • Recording common theme and escalating to each stake holders• Updating Training MIS of region and sharing each details with UAE and Canadian management • Keeping tab of Training and Coaching of new and existing team members of UAE• Allocating trainers on each training functions and keeping track records of the same • Conducting training meeting and updating stake holders on the upcoming courses and progress of training functions • Maintaining 100% completions of learning center with all updated contents for UAE team • Deliver brand Operational excellence, Managerial courses (TTT, KYN, SOS, Food Safety and Hygiene)• Prepares NPL content with coordination of Marketing and NPL heads and delivers the same through trainers in their HUB restaurants

Team Size- 17 Cafes Reporting to –Deputy Manager Training North • To ensure 100% Execution of Learning Modules (Barista learning Journey, Barista Maestro Core Skill learning and Management Core skill) as per brand guidelines and ensure Training Plans are executed as per the set Brand guideline • In consultation with Area Manager; selecting & register of all potential employees for BMCS and MCS courses at academy. • Is responsible for executing structure that addresses both needs of Instructional Design (Training Strategy, Content development and in store Training Execution) • Assist Training Head in development of all training manuals, job aids, and training aids • Conduct Induction and Functional Training for all the employees joining Costa Coffee India • Strengthening Team Training and facilitating them for any new brand updates • Strengthening Manager Level Training which involves registering them (New Managers who joined in and existing Managers) Certified programs which enhances their Attitude, skill and knowledge • Closely working with Operations team to Improve on standards in the stores • Closing working with F & B, Supply chain, Marketing and operations for launching new product • Closely work with HR and Operations for Appraisal and readiness of team for next level • Closely work with CRM to facilitate operations for a better GSI and to minimize Turn offs. Also if require plan and execute training related to same to improve the score • Is responsible for Conducting Audits, Training Store Visit Reports, Costa check, Great on Boarding for region • Involve with HR for any campus recruitment Closely work with Project manager and NSO Manager for facilitating the new team in operations and Training
