Over the past 13 years, I have devoted my career to understanding human behavior — specifically, the levers that motivate people, support culture, and inspire performance in the workplace. I am an HR professional with expertise in learning, leadership development, talent management and HR business partnering. I have also been involved in a wide range of human capital consulting assignments with responsibilities ranging from organizational risk and readiness assessment, large scale organizational change management and readiness planning, strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, training and user adoption.My passion has always been for how technology can unlock new sources of business value, and I am continually learning from the diverse teams and stakeholders around me.
