⭐ Developed a personalized briefing engine for social media influencers using Azure AI Services, incorporating document analysis and real-time user inputs. Utilized advanced chunking and embedding methods to establish a comprehensive knowledge base. Enhanced functionality through the integration of Azure AI Search and OpenAI models to facilitate context-aware search and response generation.⭐ Created a Resume Shortlisting model which took the advantage of both LLM(Roberta) and Generative AI(OpenAI) for entity extraction from resumes. Constructed a knowledge graph from these entities, enhancing the shortlisting process through similarity scores. Resulted in significant time and cost savings for the HR team.

⭐Built a regression forecasting model for a banking client to predict incidents raised across various tools. Employed Random Forest, incorporating a 5-day time lag feature and key variables for accurate forecasting.⭐ Drive the interaction and partnership between managers and business team to ensure active cooperation in identifying as well as defining analytics needs and generating the pull through of insights from the business.⭐Analyzed the behavior of daily total incidents raised across all the tools used by the client. Developed predictive models to help the client from banking domain to forecast the number of incidents raised.

Currently working for the Ericsson client in a migration project, where the physical servers get migrated to the cloud environment along with the existing services. I have worked on the setup as well as the monitoring of the migrated environment.Roles/Task:⭐ Responsible for collecting data from different servers for analysis and deployment of it in cloud as per business requirements.⭐ Responsible for development activities using python. For ex.- Developed an automation task with the help of NLP where we have recommended old issues with solutions which are similar to the new issue popped in the Jira board. This helped the team to avoid manual effort and saved a lot of time.⭐ Offshore spoc for migration activities.⭐ Involved in migrating the users from old environment to the Ericsson Engineering Cloud (E2C) environment and delivering the new environment to the users.
