Responsibility:* Working closely and establish strong relationships with different customers of Automobile and non Automotive industries, for OEMs like BHARAT Benz, VOLVO Eicher, TATA Hitachi, Escorts and others like Bonfiglioli Transmission Ltd., DANA India, American Axle, York Transport & Export customers like GEA Alstom, & Isuzu & addressing their preferences and concerns.* Regular discussion with Higher management with review reports, and financial data analysis to make further business plan.* Preparing the detailed cost break up of feasible parts with consideration of raw material prices with the help of Material Mineral Report. I.e. preparation of quotations for parts* Negotiate and close deals, handling complaints and objections from customers effectively.* Address discrepancies or issues related to sales team goals and results.* Calculation of Supplementary & Credit Note & bill booking & payment follow-up with customers. * Keep up to date part prices as per purchase contract agreement (Purchase order) and prepare sales order of same prices for respective parts.* Getting the feasibility of new parts done with help of New Product Development Team and organizing CFT meeting for each feasible parts before it going for manufacturing.* Monitoring the parts from feasibility stage to PPAP stage and followed by productionisation of part.

Responsibilities:*Conduct site visits to assess chemical quality and conditions at customer offices and plants & address client queries and concerns, ensuring high-quality service delivery.*Perform comprehensive market research to identify selling opportunities and understand customer needs.*Proactively pursue new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and plant visits.*Establish strong relationships with potential clients, addressing their preferences and concerns.*Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients, delivering informative and engaging presentations.*Collaborate with store management and media relations teams to promote product lines.*Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports for senior management.*Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.

Responsibility:* Production as per the work plan schedule * Scheduling the workload as per planning list and ensure that The production deliveries are meeting the dispatch plan * Monitoring the operator and machines on productivity * Preparation of daily production statement and efficiency calculation * Communicating to Works Manager regarding problem, process delays.
