Well versed with Expat Hiring from SEA countries like Singapore/Malaysia/Vietnam/Thailand plus other countries like Australia/Korea/China/Japan/USA and a few European countries. 2. Proactively develops the talent pool for all CXO/leadership/critical/niche position through a continuous Industry Mapping Exercise.3. End to end recruitment for all vacancies across levels to be filled within the stipulated time.4. Familiarizing line managers on “Competency Based Interviewing Techniques” through various workshops or awareness session to select the right candidate for the right role.5. Lead the campus drive & engagement for MBA/B.Tech/B.E./Diploma students.6. Measuring recruitment metrics for monitoring performance (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, demographics, source-of-hire etc.)7. Overseeing the candidate experience (e.g., application process, communications, interviews, pre-joining engagement, post joining engagement, etc.)8. Employer Branding through Social Media like LinkedIn.Specific Achievement: Closed on an average of 500+ hiring every year in Adani since joining.
