Drafted and implemented a new credit policy, which was rated exemplary by Shell International and which subsequently evolved as a yardstick for the lubricant industry in India. I was invited to Dubai by Shell International to present this policy as a case study for other operating units of Shell in the middle-east and south Asia. -
