• I am currently working as a team member of ePreservation team which is basically responsible for retaining, maintaining all kinds of electronic communication exchanged across fidelity for the targeted users and.
• SPOC for archiving all kinds of electronic communication such as email, sametime, bloomberg,blackberrysms,Skytel and checkfree messages and supporting enterprise wide EV infrastructure during US 3rd shift.
• The job includes working across different support group like Exchange team, SQL team, Windows Server support team to ensure high availability and quick resolution of issues across EV environment in Fidelity.
• Working with vendor Symantec for escalated issues and implementing the solutions provided by vendor.
• Worked on multiple projects such as SQL 2000 to 2005 migration, Recipient Checker, Re-indexing EV indexes from 5.5 to 2007 format.
• Helping ediscovery team for discovery accelerator issues during legal search and production.
