• I am currently working as a team member of ePreservation team which is basically responsible for retaining, maintaining all kinds of electronic communication exchanged across fidelity for the targeted users and supporting ediscovery team for legal discovery search requests.• SPOC for archiving all kinds of electronic communication such as email, sametime, bloomberg,blackberrysms ,Skytel and checkfree messages and supporting enterprise wide EV infrastructure during US 3rd shift.• The job includes working across different support group like Exchange team, SQL team, Windows Server support team to ensure high availability and quick resolution of issues across EV environment in Fidelity.• Working with vendor Symantec for escalated issues and implementing the solutions provided by vendor.• Worked on multiple projects such as SQL 2000 to 2005 migration, Recipient Checker, Re-indexing EV indexes from 5.5 to 2007 format.• Helping ediscovery team for discovery accelerator issues during legal search and production.• Worked on Compliance accelerator support and creation of departments for review.

• Providing 24/7 L2 support to client across sites.• Coordinating with Helpdesk at Belgium and Bangalore to resolve server and client issues.• Providing excellent service to the client with the motto of “Zero Defects and Zero Escalation”• Handling 8000 mailboxes and 13000 Public folders across world in around 50 sites.• Knowledge of exchange 5.5 and exchange 2000, exchange 2003..• Knowledge of tools like exmerge,PFDAV Admin ,MFC MAPI,• Handling Enterprise vault issues • Providing Blackberry support to the clients.• Doing daily activities like GAL Export, DB size export, DAT update on exchange servers.• Disaster recovery of exchange servers using recovery storage group, mailbox recovery etc.• Active Monitoring of exchange servers with the tools Nagios and MOM (Microsoft Operation Manager).
