Lead Systems Engineer
Current• Experience in Azure Developer Services, created AWS pipeline with CloudFormation Template.• Monitoring servers, applications, services using Prometheus and Grafana.• Coordinate Releases from Dev to Production. Communicating with Developers, Testers, Managers, Network teams and DBA teams for successful version release.• Perform various development activities for DevOps practices for the project, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, continuous testing, and continuous monitoring.• Work on ticketing-based system wherein we get requests for Change Management, Incident Management, Problem management and Standard Service requests.• Working on access request for internal applications/Service Portal.• Working on Azure Cloud and managing the instance state in All environments.• Managing Application services on both Linux and Windows environment.• Rebooting hosts and doing Production service restarts on a daily basis.• Doing deployments on Prod and Non-Prod environments using TFS and Uber Tool.• Keeping Citrix instances, Applications, Services and Websites up and running and also working on F5.• Working on Splunk Alerts and Dashboards.• Caching policies on production environments.• Working on taking snapshots prior to a Change via Vcenter/VRA.• Working on Sync requests on non-prod with prod environment.
