Managing the role of Project and Program Manager for delivering Telecom services to Telecom operator in Nordic countries, Managing mainly global customer facing projects. Handling project finances using various tools such as SAP, JIRA and Global Chronos. Have knowledge in MS Project.Leading change management process and risk management process as per standard. Demonstrating project and program status in governance call with steering group.
