Why?I believe in fun, I believe in taking responsibility for our actions, I believe in personal accountability, I believe that ‘doing it together’ is better than ‘doing it on my own’, I believe we always have choices however challenging or unpalatable they are. I love to help facilitate behaviour change, and watch it happen.What?I deliver training programmes and coaching for a wide range of clients – across industries, cultures and languages. Content includes all types of communication, from selling and negotiating through leadership and change management to making the right impression at the highest level. Some of the clients I work with include HP, Swiss Re, Honeywell, Panasonic, Roche and many of the GE businesses.I am a Myers-Briggs practitioner and deliver training in French as well as in English.From a background of 35 years in sales, I have spent the last 24 years developing my skills as a business training consultant. I am a good communicator with well developed interpersonal skills.
