I am an MBA student currently pursuing PGDM-IB from MDI Gurgaon.I am an experienced telecom professional with an work experience at KPMG India as an Associate Consultant. I have 2+ years of professional experience in risk based internal audit, financial and operational control design and testing, business process development, design testing, gap analysis, RCM formulation and enterprise risk management. During my professional career, I have worked in the business process optimisation of a major telecommunications company from South Africa, and have performed financial audits and gap assessments of a renowned telecommunications client based out of India.I have executed the Order to Cash Gap Assessment of Transformation Services under telecom domain which entailed ensuring compliance with established policies & procedures and regulations through examining evidences and physical verification, reviewing the contract agreements and KPIs of Customer and Customer PaymentsI have also worked on the Internal Audit for Customer Success Management and Customer Experience under the telecom domain which demanded the tasks of ensuring correct capture of customer feedback and the measures/actions taken to enhance the overall customer experience.I have developed 100+ processes and SOPs across several business units like Enterprise Business, Sales, Finance, Wholesale business etc., for an International Telecommunication client. I have also engaged in process walkthroughs of 200+ processes and has drafted 400+ risks and respective controls place to mitigate said risks. I also collated and presented them in a form that is easily navigable, and has excelled at suggesting new controls in order to mitigate risks that do not have existing controls in place.
