I do so therefore I get people coming back to me I make sure my customers receive a friendly but professional service, therefore they feel they've had a focused and personilised service and they feel like they can trust me.I'm a member of Rock Chior and I can honestly say it's been the biggest and most confindence building experience in my life I am constantly learning and enjoying the skills that are making me a better person.As a project support at Image Technique, the skill matrix has changed but still using good customer service to help clients. Talking to engineer's to get the best for our clients and learning from the highly trained and experienced project managers. I am so proud and excited to be part of that.I became the Meetings and events executive for Old English Inns in September 2015 and enjoyed working with the team who are dedicated and totally professional. I pride myself on the fact people enjoy calling me to make a booking or just to ask for input on a situation, my strengths lie in communication and humility and these skills have so far produced good results.Working with Old English Inns who are a brand standard organisation with very good guidelines which followed are there to help you become a major customer support for the client.
