Ms. Baxter is an executive leader that has spent a decade in each of technology, operations and consulting – most recently focused on Public Sector operations, infrastructure, governance and procurement. In particular, she has been keen to enable Defence, Security & Justice clients - helping them to modernize and advance transformation initiatives. The key skills that she brings to her clients are an outstanding ability to build lasting relationships at the executive level, the insight necessary to successfully advance transformative change in public sector and an enduring passion for leaving organizations much improved after her tenure. Debbie’s efforts have been recognized on a national level. In 2020, she was recognized as a Fellow of the CPA. In 2013, Debbie was named to the Top 100 WXN list of the Most Powerful Women in Canada in the Trailblazer Category. Debbie was also the recipient of the 2013 Clean50 award, which honors sustainable development and clean capitalism in Canada.
