I am a senior leader at Eli Lilly and Company and am the HR strategic business partner within our commercial business. My organization is comprised of talented professionals with the mission of understanding the needs of the business, the country dynamics and the organizational demographics to determine the best HR solutions. I believe the HR function is most effective when business leaders not only value, but expect HR to have a “seat at the table” in order to help shape strategic goals and objectives.
