Met with clients via phone, in person and web chat depending on clients’ preference. • Developed training strategies for Cash Management Department to ensure that external clients received consistent training. Strategies needed to encompass differing operating systems, client needs as well as departmental knowledge of products. • Lead the effort to visit clients in their offices to provide practical training in the clients’ environments. Hands on training was critical as it included equipment and system setup. Training was well received as most clients prefer to have firsthand knowledge of products plus, it allows for ample question and answer time. • Served on bank conversion team project as the department lead after First Independent Bank was purchased by Sterling Bank. Projects included gathering of additional business information from clients and extensive system and report testing. The success of this project lead to low client impact when change was finalized. Specific role was to attend daily phone conferences and to communicate the specific job assignments to my team as well communicating the results back to the conversion team.
