Managed and supervised all JFSJ program leaders’ work. Evaluated program leader’s work sharing feedback and contributing to their professional development. Ensured that the JFSJ curriculum was taught effectively and appropriately on each service learning program. Planned and facilitated Group Leader Training Institute (GLTI), a five day training seminar, which prepared program leaders to successfully implement a service learning program. Collaborated with staff from American Jewish World Service and PANIM institute of BBYO on shared sessions for GLTI. This inter-organizational staff team has produced a curriculum which is used as an industry-wide model for training immersive Jewish service learning educators.
