Responsible for contract/permanent placement recruiting, qualifying, and managing cleared and non-cleared candidates for Senior Software/Database Developers with focus on technologies such as; .NET, Java, SQL Server and Oracle, SharePoint Administrators, Aircraft Engineering, Software Engineering, System Engineering, Stress/Structural Design Analysis, Mechanical Design Engineering and Space Systems with companies, such as, JPL-Jet Propulsion Laboratory-NASA, Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Martin.• Recruit/manage between 20-50 open requisitions• Managed requisition process: creating job descriptions, job postings, perform sourcing and screening/interviewing• Identify qualified technical candidates utilizing various sources, such as resume database, employment web sites, LinkedIn, referrals, and own network.• Located and qualified top talent through in-depth sourcing and interviewing.
