CORD is a peacebuilding organisation working in countries affected by conflict. I was responsible for leading the change management processes to ensure programmes, structures, capacities and systems were on track towards the new global strategy.

Responsible for guiding the content and quality of programmes for CAFOD in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi and Swaziland. I led a small team of development experts providing technical support to local partners in each country, delivering work on local governance and sustainable development.
