Research Educate Design (R.E.D.)I am passionate about business and the process of how to influence people to become advocates for the product or service that a company represents. I believe that the strategic process begins with Research. The audience, consumer or even voter have the answer to help 'crack-the-code' if we just listen to what they want, why they object, and what will motivate them to fall in love with your brand. The next step is Education. Taking the research gathered and forming a clear and strategic path to accomplish the goals that were outlined will insure a company's success. The final component of the equation is Design which will be followed by implementation and brilliant media placement to accomplish the goals that are needed to reach and mutative the audience and/or consumer.Currently, I work at the Alabama Symphony Orchestra with some of the finest musicians that I have ever met. Being a part to help communicate and introduce the new music director, Carlos Izcaray, as well as each individual musician not only to the Birmingham market, but the state of Alabama and even the Southeast, is such an honor. From the President, Curt Long, to the office staff, I am extremely proud to be part of such an amazing organization. My sentiments: It's never too late to do exactly what you want to do.
