Since starting Liftplanner.co.uk I have been involved in a lot of aspects of the lifting industry learning a host of knowledge within it. In Hospitality customer focus is at the heart of the business, building relationships with both clients and management was my key to success. I held 3 different positions over multiple sites. Starting as a Receptionist I learnt about all aspects of the business, I then completed a 6-month secondment role as Operations Manager with a team of 13. My last role within the company was as Duty Manager which included a Restaurant which I was responsible for alongside the hotel.

I worked in the warehouse office supporting the management with the electronic data and stock management of orders. During the by monthly stock taking, I would assist in the manual counting and data entry onto the system.

I worked for Tesco’s for 5 years in 2 different sites. The focus of my role was to ensure excellent customer service was delivered and accurate cash handling was adhered too.
