Teacher of English for 6 years.Vice Principal for 5 years with responsibility for: Literacy, SEND, CPD, Teaching and Learning, Pupil Premium, More Able, ITT and ECTS and Covid catch-up funding.During this time, I have lead the transformation of the quality of teaching in the school which has improved outcomes and moved the school from an RI to a Good Ofsted judgement. Since 2021, I have led the mentor training of ECTs for KCSP working with Best Practice; worked with LLSE on the delivery of the new NPQSL. My NPQH will be completed in April 2024.All of this has been achieved while working 4 days a week and caring for my two children.
