A little bit about DebbieAs a professional herself, Debbie realized the need for quality on site yoga lessons for New Jersey’s busy professionals, and therefore founded Bodine Yoga - Private Yoga to You.During her 12 plus years of teaching yoga, Debbie has worked with doctors, athletes, executives, and many other clients such as yourself. We are pleased to create this space for you to restore mentally, physically and spiritually through your private yoga practice so you can return to daily life feeling renewed, grounded and clear.A Native of Burlington County, New Jersey, Debbie began her yoga journey in October 1999. January 1, 2000 she took a fall down a flight of steps, breaking her sacrum and coccyx and used her yoga practice as a form of physical therapy. During this journey of physical healing almost immediately, Yoga had awakened what was thought to have been abandoned; her connection to whisper of her soul. It was then that Debbie knew this journey of Yoga was so much more than the physical. It became a spiritual vehicle for her to quiet her mind so she could hear body and open her awareness to and allow her to listen to the guidance of her soul.Debbie incorporates this Spiritual awareness, not inly into her personal yoga practice, but into her private classes as well.Let’s get started so we will have the tools we need to navigate through the upcoming holiday season stress free.
