Consult with managers for their thoughts and recommendations as well as review and approval of legal counsel. Review and present legal update to managers annually and as part of new manager onboarding.Bank Acquisition Experience: Participated on Acquisition Management Team to plan, organize onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring clear communication and transition after acquiring various institutions such as, Nations Heritage Credit Union, Coastway Bank, and more recently acquired three retail branch locations of East Boston Savings Bank.
