* Primary responsibility for this position consists of testing hardware and software changes, detecting and reporting error conditions, and creating and evaluating documentation and test plans. * Tests software/hardware for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to establishment standards. * Keeps detailed records of testing procedures and results; communicates these findings to other team members. . * May evaluate proposed software or software enhancement for feasibility. * Assists with the development of, and adheres to, quality assurance measures and testing standards for new applications, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications and products throughout the development lifecycle. * Assist I-Care on escalated support to resolve network, server, SQL, IIS, new and existing software issues. * Assist marketing with technical documentation expertise. * Provide training to I-Care associates on software/hardware changes, new features, functionality, and procedures. * Provide technical guidance to sales or during sales calls with customers regarding product capability and features. * Administer software demo system. * Perform other duties and responsibilities

Map the test scenarios and test cases and guarantee that they are enough to cover the test scope and define the test strategy within an Agile Software Development Methodology Evaluate the system documentation delivered by the client and prepare the RTM (RequirementTraceability Matrix) Search / Generate the required data to execute the test casesAssess the result of each test cycle ensuring that this was performed accordingly.Open and maintain all incidents encountered in Quality Center.Keep track of your daily productivity and impacts occurred during the execution of your activitiesPerform technical meetings, gathering information and presenting results to the clientsAssist the test architect in the deployment of modeling processes using STARC, Automation Software, within the client.

Implement test plans and test cases for our Web Application software. Ensure that testing of multiple efforts is progressing as appropriateExpress recommendations based on client desires, product architecture, quality, and delivery timelines.Contribute to the tracking and resolution of defects. Work closely with Development and support teams to ensure total product quality.Perform “Ad Hoc” testing.Communicate desired functionality with development teams and product owners.Perform all aspects of Web application testing, including functional, regression, performance, usability, and integration.Verify software matches customer expectations.Learn multiple software products, hardware devices, and software platforms and applies testing skills accordingly.Develop a solid understanding of the Web Application’s intended performance.Create Install Packs for our Support Department to perform upgrades to our Clients once the software is released.

Provide Technical Troubleshooting for ThinkWare’s Web Application Software.Create SQL scripts to retrieve/manipulate data from SQL Server database when necessary. Create SQL Company and System databases for each Client.Perform upgrades to the latest versions of the software.Create Application Pools\Websites for each Client on our Web Servers.Provide Client User Training for the Web Application.

Provide Technical Troubleshooting for proprietary Medical Transcription Software to 100+ customers across the country.Create SQL scripts to retrieve/manipulate data from SQL Server database when necessary. Assist IT Department for our Clients to setup the SQL Maintenance Plan for the Database Backups and review the SQL job when the Backup fails. Assist IT Department for our Clients if the Database runs out of space to increase the growth of the SQL Database to ensure they are back up and running. Handle annual Software upgrades and support for all of my Hospital customers. This includes upgrading/testing of software, followed by Production implementation. Install 3rd Party Applications that integrate with our Medical Transcription Software.
