I am responsible for commissioning new titles for our world-class travel, general interest/non-fiction and gift & humour lists, and for managing three members of the Editorial team. I also project manage a number of titles per year, and I manage our bank of freelance writers to find the right person to write each of our many in-house-IP books (around 80-100 titles per year).
