•Contract manager in the Legal and Sales Engineering department •Primary contact for customers after the sale and responsible for the timely and successful review, negotiation, and risk management of our contractual rights and compliance of legal language used in the execution of all sales contracts and NDA’s for VTC products in all assigned markets. •Responsible for the effective use of resources to ensure timely, complete, and accurate execution of all legal contracts, in accordance with delivery schedules, material estimates of cost, equipment and production. •Liaison between the sales team and other related areas such as engineering, materials, production and field services, and am involved in product service issues of customers to ensure proper customer satisfaction. •I consult with our legal counsel to assist in legal language and reviews to protect our risks. I handle Request for Quotes within the Utility and government markets, providing redlines to their terms and conditions for their comments and acceptance. Once awarded with the project, I move through the negotiation process with the client and through the approval and signature processes. I distribute them for a fully executed contract. •I manage the physical and online filing system for all executed contracts. I create spreadsheets to monitor activity and reports for management. I communicate with all departments in the coordination and implementation of the contracts through their completion. I work with our Surety broker to obtain bid bonds and performance bonds in compliance with our client’s specifications. I provide certificates of insurance from our insurance broker to our clients as needed.•Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Dropbox, Docusign, and Adobe Acrobat.In charge of our system audits to comply with the fully executed contracts. •Create the check lists and spreadsheets for the team to follow for accurate review and execution of all purchase orders and contracts.
