Act as primary point of contact for all promotions, premium, rebates, agencies and the clients sales team across CanadaProvide support and information to our internal sales group Process orders for client as requested Dockets – create new, maintain and close dockets once program is completeTrack lot codes for all foodMaintain websites for clients product Coordinate client quote requests with Quote Manager and sourcing team. Review sales quote with Sales manager and send to clientWork closely with the merchandising team to order product for the clientReview monthly invoices with finance Coordinate with Operations regarding timelines, production requirements and project details to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery datesCoordinate with shipping for accurate, best rate and rush deliveriesArrange with Operations to fulfill kitting requirements within a timely fashionGenerate weekly and monthly client reportsWork with various departments to solve problemsInventory control - Coordinate returns, samples, transfers, adjustments and destruction. Advise client when levels drop below minimum requirementsMaintain files
