I am the manager and take care of all operations including human resource, staff, lending, compliance. I also am involved in the accounting and member service departments to some degree and very involved in the collections.

Operations of one of their branches which included managing tellers and member service representatives. Backing up both of these departments as well as all of the building maintenance and vendors involved. I was also involved with direct contact of members for lending, investments and new accounts each day. I aslo had mangement reports I was responsible for each month to complete.
