I am privileged to work in the wonderful SWBC culture giving oversight to numerous areas including an evolving operational team that is unmatched in service, efficiency, and productivity; technology advancements; risk management; industry relations; and strategic planning and development for the continuous growth we are experiencing.

Oversee credit risk, regulatory risk, operational risk, and reputational risk for the company. In addition to the Risk Management group, other departments in my reporting line include Regulatory Compliance, Quality Control, Business Systems, and Employee Training and Development. Working closely with industry trade groups and government agencies to assure SWBC Mortgage has a voice in policy making rounds out my responsibilities. What a pleasure it is to do what I love with a fabulous team of executives, managers, and employees at the home office and across the nation while being supported by the best parent company ever!
